Rapid Optimization Method of Solid Rocket Motor Propellant Under Multiple Load Condition

Abstract In order to design a solid rocket motor with high mass ratio, it is necessary find out the parameters of grain shape meet structural strength under volume loading fraction condition. A rapid optimization method for complex motors based on parametric modeling and GA-BP proposed. Based this, neural network prediction results are optimized as function fitness in GA, show that maximum Von Mises strain reduced by 9.8% while constraints satisfied.
